Gilles Sarge is an experienced professional with a strong background in warranty process management and data governance across various industries. Currently serving as Warranty Process Manager at Renault since February 2019, Gilles oversees global warranty processes, including training and rule implementation. Previously at Volvo Group Trucks Operations, Gilles held multiple roles, including Master Data Customer Responsible and Solution Leader, playing a crucial role in SAP implementation and ensuring data integrity for spare parts and commercial organizations. Gilles also has substantial experience in quality of service management and dealer management systems from previous positions at Renault Trucks and Gfi Informatique. With a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Pierre and Marie Curie University, Gilles combines technical expertise with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
