Damien Martayan is currently the VP HR, Center of Expertise Digital HR, Operations HR, and Data HR at Renault Group, a position held since 2023. Previously, from 2021 to 2023, they served as GM Digital HR & Chief Product Owner at the same company. Earlier in their career, Damien worked as a project manager at Altran from 2001 to 2004 and held various project management and service head roles at Renault between 2006 and 2008. Damien holds an engineering degree in Chemistry/Materials from ENSCI and a Master's in Project Management and Quality from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
