Damien RAYMOND has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Renault Group. Damien served in various roles, including Chef de Projet Métiers Prototypes, where responsibilities included project management and prototype development, and Planificateur de Production, focusing on production planning and team management. As Chef de Service Fabrication, Damien managed a team of 50 across multiple production sites, implementing continuous improvement practices. Previous positions include Responsable HSE, where Damien established health, safety, and environmental protocols, and Technicien Banc de Contrôle, evaluating engine prototypes.
