Vincent Muller is a seasoned professional in digital customer experience with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Digital Assets Director at Groupe Renault since May 2018, Vincent has directed teams of up to 60 individuals and previously held roles such as Global Omnichannel Director and Head of Alpine Brand Digital Experience. Prior to Renault, Vincent was the Chief Product Officer at Groupe Keolis, focused on digital customer experience, and held the position of Head of Internet Strategy & Growth at RATP. Vincent's career also includes significant contributions at AOL France and Bouygues Telecom, where Vincent led mobile business initiatives and customer self-care strategies, respectively. Vincent began career as a Senior Consultant at IBM France, specializing in the communications sector. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Economics from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion and has completed preparatory studies at Prépa HEC.
