Alessandro Setaro

Alessandro Setaro has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Services Manager at Renco S.p.A. since March 2008, where responsibilities include international and local recruiting management as well as expatriate management. Prior roles include HR Sales Account and Recruiter at Obiettivo Lavoro SpA, where portfolio management and contract management were key tasks. Experience also encompasses leadership as Team Leader of a Call Center at San Lorenzo Srl and earlier roles in HR advisory and recruitment. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in HR Management and Development from the University of Verona and a Sociology Degree from the University of Urbino.
