Víctor Villalobos has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2013. In 2013, they began working as a Freelance Software Developer for Freelancer.com. In 2014, they worked as a Desarrollador Backend Python/Django for PASTELERÍA EXPRESS. In 2015, they became the CEO and Project Manager for Firesoft International. In 2017, they worked as a Site Reliability Engineer for TWA Costa Rica. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Tech Lead - New Products Team, Full Stack Engineer & SRE Engineer, and Platform Backend Engineer for Talana. In 2020, they worked as a Tech Lead - Inventory & Catalog and Platform Backend Engineer for Cornershop by Uber. In 2021, they became the Founder of Holis, a SaaS platform that helps teams to work together remotely, and the Chief Technology Officer for Rendalo Maq (YC S21).

Víctor Villalobos completed their Ingeniero en Informatica at Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Ingeniería informática. Víctor then obtained a Data Science degree from Desafío Latam from 2019 to 2020. Previously, they completed a Tecnico Medio en Administración Mencion INFORMATICA at U.E Arq Manolo Muchacho from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Informatica.
