Haley Perkins

Haley Perkins is an experienced professional in people operations and program management, currently working at Render since April 2023. Prior to this role, Haley held key positions at Boundless Freedom Project, serving as Secretary for the Board of Directors, and at Nearside, where work also focused on people operations and programs. A significant portion of Haley's career was spent at Stripe from September 2015 to March 2021, advancing from Recruiting Coordinator to People Program Manager, overseeing various aspects of HR and recruiting. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Ops Hiring and HR at Twice, where responsibilities encompassed HR functions for a 250-member operations division, and internships at Asia Society. Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and South Asian Studies from Wesleyan University, complemented by academic experience at Pitzer College in Nepal.
