Jennifer Thomson has over 20 years of experience in program management, customer relations, and training consultation. Jennifer is currently the Head of Customer Programs at Rendered.ai.

Jennifer started their career as a Training Consultant at Thomson Reuters in 1998. Jennifer then became a Northeast Service Manager at IHS Markit in 1999 and held that position for four years. In 2003, they left IHS Markit to become a Consultant/Project Manager for Independent Contracts. After two years, they took on the role of Northeast Account Executive for Chase, which they held for eleven months. In 2005, they began working for Comverse Technology, Inc. as Lead of Program Management. Jennifer left Comverse in 2007 to work for Mzinga as Program Manager. In 2012, they became Consulting Program Manager, Cloud Enablement, at Saba. Jennifer left Saba in 2014 to work for Avnet as Senior Solutions Program Manager. Jennifer began working for Khoros in 2016 as Senior Program Manager and stayed with the company until 2022 when they assumed their current role as Head of Customer Programs at Rendered.ai.

Jennifer is an expert in program management and customer relations, and their skills have been honed over many years in various positions within different companies. Jennifer is currently using their expertise to lead the customer programs team at Rendered.ai, and they are dedicated to ensuring that the company provides the best possible service to its clients.

Jennifer Thomson has a certificate in PMP Project Management Certification from Merrimack College, an MBA in Masters in Business Administration from Regis University, and a B.S. in Finance / Business Administration from Suffolk University.
