Christy Evans

Christy Evans is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in public finance, real estate, and corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel and previously as Deputy General Counsel at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate since August 2010, Christy has also held the position of General Counsel for the Housing Finance Authority of Palm Beach County from 2008 to 2010. Prior experience includes an Associate role at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from September 2001 to August 2010. Early in their career, Christy worked as a Psychological Specialist at North Florida Reception Center, where psychological assessments of new inmates were conducted. Christy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) with high honors from the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law, a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University.
