M.Pia Paiva has extensive experience in the field of human resources. They currently hold the role of Director of Human Resources Operations & HRIS at Rendr, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Arkwin Industries from October 2018 to April 2022. Before joining Arkwin Industries, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Allegiant Health from April 2016 to September 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Tate's Bake Shop from September 2014 to March 2016. Their career in human resources began at The Nature's Bounty Co., where they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator from May 2008 to August 2014.

M.Pia Paiva, MHRM, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from St. Joseph's University New York, which was completed in 2014. Prior to this, in 2001, M.Pia Paiva earned a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal from St. John's University.
