Matt Savage

Matt is an Investment Associate at Renegade Partners. Before joining Renegade, Matt was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, a global consulting firm. At Bain, he advised clients on corporate strategy, operating model design, and investment due diligence. His experience spans Software, Consumer Tech, Transportation & Logistics, and Healthcare, among other industries.

Before joining Bain, Matt was a Summer Analyst at Cornerstone Research. At Cornerstone, he supported prominent economists by building financial models, making forecasts, and drafting portions of expert reports for high-stakes litigation.

Matt holds a BA in Business from Washington University in St. Louis where he concentrated in Economics and Finance. He grew up in the Bay Area and is excited to be back after spending 6 years in the Midwest. In his free time, Matt enjoys getting outside and being active, traveling whenever he gets the chance, trying new restaurants, and rooting for Bay Area sports teams.
