Ajay Hari

Ajay Hari is a seasoned professional in power management and applications engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of WW Apps Engineering Performance Core at Renesas Electronics since July 2024, focused on digital multiphase and power stages for AI and cloud infrastructure. Previously, Ajay held the position of Sr Director of Applications Engineering at onsemi from July 2013 to July 2024, leading a team of product definers and systems engineers in the development of power management integrated circuits. Ajay's earlier experience includes a role as Systems Manager at Texas Instruments/National Semiconductor, where power management architecture and successful PWM integrated circuits were defined, along with positions at General Electric as a Design Engineer and the University of Florida as a Research Assistant. Ajay holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
