Jindrich Blaha

Jindrich Blaha is a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for EMEA and Global at Renesas Electronics since June 2021, focusing on Talent Acquisition projects, processes, and systems while collaborating on various global initiatives. Prior to this role, Jindrich served as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Team Lead at KPIT from February 2019 to June 2021, specializing in the international hiring of software engineers within the automotive sector. Jindrich also worked as an HR Specialist in recruitment at HELLA from July 2017 to February 2019, successfully filling over 150 positions and supporting numerous hiring managers. Earlier experience includes a Senior Recruiter position at Advantage Consulting and a Social Sciences/English Teacher role at Slovanské gymnázium Olomouc. Jindrich holds a Master’s Degree in Education Management, English, and Social Sciences from Palacký University in Olomouc.
