Jonathan Cortez

Jonathan Cortez is an experienced Staff Analog Layout Engineer currently working at Renesas Electronics since September 2020, focusing on the layout design of wireless power charging solutions. With a strong background in analog layout design, Jonathan has contributed to various companies, including ams AG, where expertise was applied in imaging sensors for medical applications, and Analog Alchemy, specializing in sensitive RF circuit design and ASIC layout for micro-electromechanical systems. Additional experience includes brief external contributions at Rohde & Schwarz, Texas Instruments, Intel Corporation, Infineon Technologies, and Lantiq, covering a range of analog and RF design projects. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned in 2000.
