Rahul Jain

Rahul Jain is a dedicated Physical Verification Engineer at Renesas with over 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. They specialize in physical verification checks (DRC, LVS, Antenna, PERC, DFM, LFD) on SoCs and Hard Micros, as well as custom layout for memory compilers. Rahul has held positions at notable companies such as Intel and STMicroelectronics, where they were responsible for diverse projects involving advanced technologies including TSMC 7nm and 10nm. They earned a Master’s degree in Electronics from Delhi University in 2012.
