Vadim Denisov

Vadim Denisov is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in process mining and software development. Currently serving as a Sr Staff Software Engineer at ServiceNow since December 2020, Vadim is involved in the development of solutions for analyzing business processes on the ServiceNow platform. Prior to this role, Vadim was a PhD student at Eindhoven University of Technology from September 2016 to November 2020, conducting research on Vanderlande's material handling systems. Vadim co-founded an AI startup, UserSat, where innovative services for predicting user satisfaction in mobile e-commerce were developed. Additional experience includes senior software development roles at Cycling Bits and STC Group, along with early career work at Alfa-Bank. Vadim holds a PhD in Process Mining and a Master's degree in Computer Science.
