Tim Burgess

Tim Burgess currently serves as the Senior Director for the High-End MCU Business at Renesas Electronics since July 2017. With extensive experience in marketing, Tim has held multiple roles at Renesas Technology Europe and Renesas Electronics Europe, including European Marketing Manager since February 2004. Prior to joining Renesas, Tim worked as the European Semiconductor Marketing Manager at Hitachi Europe Ltd from 2000 to 2004 and held various marketing positions at Toshiba Electronics in Europe from 1990 to 2000. Early career experience includes engineering at Plessey Semiconductors from 1987 to 1990. Tim Burgess earned a degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Plymouth between 1980 and 1984.
