Mark Floyd

Mark Floyd has been in the financial services industry for nearly forty years. His first fourteen were spent in the banking industry splitting his time in acquiring various consumer and commercial loan portfolios. In the past nineteen years, Mr. Floyd has spent his time in the non-prime auto finance industry. His banking career included various leadership positions in the Dallas area including CEO, President, COO, Director and principle shareholder.

From May 2010 until November 2014, Mr. Floyd served as CEO of Exeter Finance Corp, a specialty finance company focused on the non-prime auto finance sector. In November of 2014 Mr. Floyd retired from Exeter but remained as a member of the board of directors until September 2016. Prior to his tenure at Exeter Finance, Mr. Floyd served as Co-COO of AmeriCredit Financial Services, the largest independent non-prime auto finance company in the U.S. In addition to his Co-COO role, during his 11 years at the company he held other senior management positions including President of Dealer Services and EVP-Strategic Alliances.
