James Lancaster

James Lancaster has held various leadership positions throughout their career. James started as a DEC Hardware Salesperson at Scottish Data Systems from 1992 to 1998. From 1998 to 2005, they served as a Sales Manager at Rapid Technology Partners. James then worked as a Brokerage General Manager at MVSS from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, Lancaster joined Cogent Technology Services as a Midrange and Enterprise Hardware Solution Consultant. In the same year, they also became the Group Chief Executive Officer at Renew IT and held this role until 2011. From 2019 to the present, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at Surfacemine.
