Anunay Shahi

Anunay Shahi is a finance executive with extensive experience in corporate finance and investor relations, currently serving as Senior Vice President at ReNew since September 2017. Responsibilities include fundraising across various businesses, leading the investor relations function, managing mergers and acquisitions, and facilitating equity raises in private and public markets. Prior to ReNew, Anunay held the position of Vice President at SUN Group from 2014 to 2017, where significant contributions included raising capital and establishing a joint venture with ORIX Corporation. Anunay also has experience as a self-employed advisor, an Associate in healthcare investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and as a corporate attorney at Amarchand Mangaldas. Anunay holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. LLB (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University.
