Kaushik Panda

Kaushik Panda serves as the HR Head for the Business Unit (Solar EPC) and Safety Capability Development Partner at ReNew since November 2019, focusing on implementing people and capability processes to support the company's strategic objectives in utility scale, distributed solar, and energy storage. With extensive experience in human resources, Kaushik has previously held positions at ReNew, including Head of Learning and Development and Senior Human Resource Business Partner, where initiatives involved talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development for thousands of employees. Earlier roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Moser Baer India Ltd and HR Manager at Forech India Ltd, with a foundation in HR consultancy and management training. Kaushik has enhanced professional credentials through certifications in HR analytics, business partnership, and management training, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from EMPI Business School, along with a B.Sc. from Calcutta University.
