Vishal Bhardwaj

Vishal Bhardwaj is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as the VP & Head of Tax at ReNew since May 2023. Prior to this role, Vishal held various positions at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) from March 2018 to May 2023, including AVP-Tax, Director Tax (Finance), and Associate Director Tax. Vishal's career also includes experience as Country Tax Manager at Delphi from April 2012 to March 2018, and several roles at Jubilant Life Sciences Limited, where Vishal progressed from Tax Manager to Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager (Tax) from November 2007 to March 2012. Earlier in the career, Vishal was the Tax and Audit Incharge at M Sharma & Associates from November 2005 to October 2007. Vishal holds a Master’s Degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed a Leadership Development Programme at the Indian School of Business. Additional qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University and a certification course in International Taxation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
