Paul A. is an accomplished design professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Design at Pixel Recess, Paul is responsible for building and leading the Branding Design & Development team. As General Partner at Renew Venture Capital, Paul focuses on innovative investment strategies aimed at addressing societal challenges by supporting diverse founders. Previous experiences include founding and leading design initiatives at FACTION and Procter & Gamble, as well as driving user experience strategies at Everything But The House. Paul co-founded ChoreMonster, earning recognition in startup accelerators such as Disney Accelerator and The Brandery. With a robust foundation in graphic design, established through education at Messiah University, Paul's career spans over two decades, marked by creativity and a commitment to impactful design.
