Arvind Ganesan

Arvind Ganesan has a work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Their most recent role is as the Lead Reliability Engineer at RES, a position they have held since November 2019. In this role, Arvind is responsible for managing the setup and delivery of the Reliability Engineering service, as well as overseeing a team of Reliability Engineers. Arvind conducts investigations into the generating assets using various techniques to diagnose failures and issues with plant performance. Prior to this, Arvind worked as a Reliability Engineer at RES from May 2016 to November 2019. Before joining RES, Arvind worked at Entap Ltd from August 2013 to April 2016, where they held the position of Performance Engineer and Assistant Operations Manager.

Arvind Ganesan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Systems Engineering from Loughborough University from 2008 to 2011. During the same period, they also pursued a Postgraduate Masters, specializing in International Management, Accounting and Financial Management, and Systems Engineering. Later, in the year 2012 to 2013, Arvind Ganesan completed a Master's Degree in International Management from Loughborough University.
