Before Chipotle, they worked at MJ Freeway as the Manager of Development and Technical Product Manager from 2010 to 2012, leading the technical design and implementation of a startup's product. Prior to that, they were the Product Manager and Manager of Content Services at Zed from 2009 to 2010, where they managed Agile user stories and successfully launched a financial reporting system. Cameron also gained experience at SPECTRUM Human Resource Systems Corporation as a Product Management/Specifications Coordinator and Senior Product Support from 2006 to 2009. Before that, they were the Owner/Founder of otherguy Computer Services from 2003 to 2006. In 2001, they worked as the Manager of Information Systems at Mainstream Marketing Services. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, product management, and technical strategy.

Cameron Wilhelm obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Information Systems) from the University of Colorado Denver. Cameron graduated with Cum Laude honors in 2008. In 2014, they also obtained additional certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Certified ScrumMaster, both from the Scrum Alliance.
