Emily Rosén's work experience begins with their current role as a Culture Programs Manager at RES, the world's largest independent renewable energy company. Emily joined the company in March 2022 and is responsible for managing culture programs.
Prior to joining RES, Emily worked as a Learning and Development Manager at Peak Living, LLC from February 2020 to March 2022.
From January 2018 to February 2020, Emily served as the Regional Director of Learning & Talent Development at Lincoln Property Company. In this role, they oversaw the onboarding, training, and career development of a 27 property portfolio throughout Colorado and Arizona. Emily also implemented standardized operational processes, led workshops for associates, and increased associate risk management course compliance.

Emily's experience also includes a brief tenure as a Sales Manager at Sage Hospitality in early 2014 and as a Property Manager and Marketing Manager at Fort Riley Area Rentals, LLC from June 2013 to January 2014.
Emily began their career as a Sales Team Lead at Archiver's in October 2008 and worked there until December 2012, where they supervised a team and achieved sales goals.
Lastly, Emily worked as a Property Manager at Woodway Apartments, part of First Management Inc., from December 2011 to May 2012.
Emily Rosén, CPTM, has a Property Management Certification in Residential Property Management from Penn Foster. Emily also holds a High School Diploma from Sand Creek High School.
In addition to their educational background, Emily has obtained several certifications. Emily has a Design Thinking Master certification from Training Industry, Inc., which they obtained in May 2021. Emily also holds a Strategic Planning Master certification from Training Industry, Inc., obtained in December 2020. Emily has further certifications from The Ken Blanchard Companies, including SLII Situational Leadership (obtained in 2019), Management Essentials (obtained in 2018), and Self Leadership (obtained in 2018). Emily is also a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), certified by Training Industry, Inc., which they achieved in November 2019.
