Hayley Deutsch Pe

Hayley Deutsch, PE has over 7 years of work experience in the civil engineering field. Hayley is currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer at RES since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Wood for 5 years, starting as a Civil Field Engineer from June 2016 to January 2019, and then as a Civil Engineer from January 2019 to June 2021. Hayley also had an internship at Amec Foster Wheeler (now Wood) in 2015, where they gained hands-on experience in construction and presented a continuous improvement proposal. In addition, they served as a Jr. Engineer- Site Development Intern at First Solar in 2014, where they used AutoCAD Civil 3D for planning solar plants. Hayley's experience includes various responsibilities such as project management, field reporting, quantity tracking, cable termination, pile driving, and solar plant design.

Hayley Deutsch, PE obtained their undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. Hayley later obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from NCEES in July 2020.
