Hicham MAGHFOUR has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2013, they worked as an intern in ONHYM, focusing on Oil&Gas. In 2014, they were a wind resource assessment engineer at FUTUREN (THEOLIA). The following year, from February to July, they worked as an energy management engineer at SEBN-MA. From October 2015 to September 2019, Hicham worked as a wind engineer at IFMEREE SA. In 2018, they took on the role of President in the Association of Energy Engineers Morocco Chapter, which was in development. Hicham'smost recent positions have been in RES, starting as an offshore project engineer from March to October 2020. Hicham currently holds the position of offshore O&M engineer at RES, starting in October 2020.
Hicham MAGHFOUR began their education in 2010 by attending CPGE - Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles, where they studied Mathematics and Physics. Hicham then pursued their studies in Renewable Energies at ENSA TANGER from 2012 to 2015, earning an Engineer's Degree. In 2019, Hicham enrolled at ENSTA Bretagne to pursue an Advanced Masters in Marine Renewable Energies, which they completed in 2020.
In addition to their formal education, Hicham has also obtained several certifications. These include "Backyard Meteorology: The Science of Weather" from Harvard University in April 2019, "Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies" from Harvard Business School in March 2018, "Managing Projects with Microsoft Project" from Microsoft in December 2017, "Gestion de projets de développement" from the Inter-American Development Bank in October 2017, "Soft skills" from S3M in August 2017, "Wind turbine blade repair" from POLIMOLDING in March 2017, "Applying Renewable Energy" from Renewables Academy (RENAC) in October 2015, "GWO Basic Safety Training" from Cresto AB in October 2018, and "GWO Basic safety training" from ISEC - Safety - Emergency Training & Consulting in June 2016.
