Jonathan Hoffmann

Jonathan Hoffmann has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 at Progressive Insurance as a Claims Generalist and Repair Coordinator, where they focused on customer service, problem-solving, and negotiating. Jonathan then moved on to O'Reilly Auto Parts as an Assistant Manager, where they supervised a team and excelled in customer service. In 2010, Jonathan also worked at Component Distributors, Inc. as an Asset Manager, handling sales and supplier coordination. Most recently, they joined RES as an Assistant Risk and Insurance Manager, following previous roles as a Risk Management Specialist, Senior Risk Analyst, and Risk Administrator.

Jonathan Hoffmann earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from DeVry University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Jonathan then pursued further education at Keller Graduate School from 2007 to 2009, earning an MBA with a focus on Business and Health Services Management. In addition to their formal education, Jonathan also obtained certifications in Risk Management. In 2016, they received the CRIS (Construction Risk Insurance Specialist) certification from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc., and in 2019, they obtained the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification from The Institutes.
