Jonothan Oxford

Jonothan Oxford is a seasoned energy engineer with expertise in domestic and grid-scale battery storage design and integration. Currently serving as the Lead Storage Performance Engineer at RES since October 2021, Jonothan has advanced through roles including Senior Storage Performance Engineer and Energy Storage Performance Analyst. Prior to RES, Jonothan owned Oxford Energy Consultancy and worked as a Senior Engineer at Winch Energy Ltd. Experience at WATTSTOR Ltd as a Senior Design Engineer involved the design and development of an energy management system for optimizing energy and financial performance in various premises. Additionally, Jonothan provided freelance technical support at C3i Events Ltd for major events like 'The Open' championship. Jonothan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theoretical Physics from Swansea University, completed in 2014.
