Liz Smith

Liz Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Liz currently holds the position of Talent and Development Manager at RES since September 2021. Prior to this, Liz worked at Epson Europe B.V. from 2015 to 2021, where they held various roles including UK Resourcing Manager and EMEAR Talent Acquisition Specialist. Liz was responsible for recruitment across different disciplines and implemented best practices to deliver effective solutions.

Before joining Epson Europe B.V., Liz worked as a Resourcing Partner at Balfour Beatty Services on a 6-month fixed-term contract in 2015. Liz led the resource team to deliver cost-effective recruitment for the Thames Water eight20 Alliance project.
