Martina Zandara

Martina Zandara is a seasoned HR and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at RES since May 2025, Martina is adept at sourcing international talent and managing key HR processes. Previously, as Head of Italy at Climate17, leadership of team dynamics, business development, and full cycle recruitment were key responsibilities. While at Climate17, Martina also operated as a Senior Consultant focusing on talent acquisition and market insights related to environmental sustainability. From January 2015 to September 2022, Martina excelled as the Recruiting Operations Manager at Universitalent, managing healthcare recruitment operations in Italy. Early career endeavors included research roles at the University of Valencia and Tallinn University of Technology, where advanced statistical analyses and teaching were focal points. Martina is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resources Psychology at Universitat de València, building on a Master’s degree in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology earned from the same institution.
