Neil Crudgington has extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry. Neil started their career with Pure Energy Professionals Ltd. in 2005 as an Analyst, where they managed the operational performance of wind farms and negotiated Power Purchase Agreements. In 2008, they joined B9 Organic Energy International Ltd. as a Development Manager.

Neil successfully delivered a cost reduction project for O&M agreements across multiple wind assets, achieving significant annual cost savings.
