Stephen Peters

Stephen Peters is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Technical Software & Analytical Solutions at RES since October 2012. With a robust background in technical analysis, Stephen leads a software development team focused on pre-construction technical software for Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage projects. Previous roles have included Senior Product Manager and Data Scientist, where responsibilities encompassed resource assessments and feasibility studies for renewable energy projects. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy Systems from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara. Earlier experience includes application engineering at Archway Systems, Inc. and an internship at Anderson Bat Company.
