Bo Downen

Bo Downen is an experienced professional currently serving as Western Region Director at the American Clean Power Association since April 2022 and as a Board Member at the Tainable Regenerative Agricultural Laboratory since October 2021. Previous roles include serving as a Gubernatorial Cabinet Member to the Northwest Power and Conservation Council from 2019 to 2021, and as Director of Environmental and Regional Affairs at the Public Power Council from 2006 to 2019. Earlier in 2006, Bo Downen worked as Legislative Counsel and Parliamentarian in the Office of the Illinois Speaker of the House.
