Anthony Bell

Anthony Bell is an experienced professional in environmental compliance and permitting, currently serving as Permitting Manager at Renewable Properties since May 2022. Prior roles include Project Manager at TRC Companies, Inc., Manager of Permitting and Environmental Compliance at The AES Corporation following its merger with sPower, and Permitting & Environmental Compliance Manager at sPower. Anthony has extensive expertise in obtaining and managing local, state, and federal permits for utility-scale solar projects, leading environmental due diligence, and coordinating with development teams to assess environmental risks. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Compliance Specialist at 380 Development, LLC, and Environmental Scientist at Staten Island Marine Development, LLC, where responsibilities ranged from community air monitoring to brownfield remediation compliance. Anthony holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Utah.
