Kaleigh Sims

Kaleigh Sims is an experienced professional in environmental services and regulatory compliance, currently serving as the Director of Regulatory & Environmental Services at Renewable Water Resources since August 2023. In this role, Kaleigh provides strategic leadership over various programs, including Laboratory Services and Environmental Compliance, while managing a multidisciplinary team. Prior to this, Kaleigh held the position of Assistant Utilities Director at The City of Anderson, SC, where oversight of water utility teams was a key responsibility. Additional roles include Commissioner for Anderson Soil and Water Conservation District, Environmental Toxicologist at SynTerra Corp., Environmental Compliance Program Manager at The City of Anderson, and Water Resources Extension Agent at Clemson University. Kaleigh holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Toxicology from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Stream Ecology from the University of North Georgia.
