Saj Roy

Saj Roy is the current Director at Renewal. Prior to that, they held the position of DIVISIONAL IT MANAGER FOR FLUID & ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION DIVISION (EATON AEROSPACE) from January 2011 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for directing all IT services and strategic projects to define and ensure the success of a strategic portfolio of programs. Saj also offered all-encompassing support for existing systems and processes. Additionally, they supervised and guided the sector infrastructure team to partner with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), internal customers and in-house suppliers to prioritize infrastructure projects for completion.

From January 2009 to December 2011, Roy was the SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER at Eaton. In this role, they were responsible for managing the supply chain for Eaton’s products and services. This included planning and executing supply and demand plans, as well as managing supplier relationships.

From January 2007 to December 2009, Roy was the MANAGER, GLOBAL DATA CENTER CONSOLIDATION PROGRAM & PUNE, INDIA IT START UP at Eaton. In this role, they were responsible for managing the consolidation of Eaton’s global data center operations. Saj also oversaw the startup IT operations in Pune, India.

Saj Roy earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance & Operations Research from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Saj is also certified by Eaton in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
