Patrik Lundström has been working in various roles since 1999. Patrik started at General Electric as a Product Manager LSR and then became European Sales Manager - Personal Care. In this role, they were responsible for products going into the personal care sector and grew the business by 20% per year. Patrik was then promoted to Sales Manager Nordic, where they were responsible for all silicone business in the Nordic Region and grew the business from no 3 to number 1 in two years. In 2005, they joined DSM as General Manager Fersinsa at DSM Anti Infectives, where they were responsible for the production of Penicillin API's for the American continent. Patrik was then promoted to Business Director, where they became the global P&L owner of Resins going into Metal paint formulations with a turnover of 170 mEUR and 400 employees. Patrik then became Business Director - DPI, where they were the P&L owner of resins going into Decorative Protective and Industrial and turned around a business that was loss making with a net result of -8 mEUR to 120 mEUR. In 2013, they joined Jacobi Carbons as Director Business Development, where they were responsible for business development of high end activated carbon applications and investments. Patrik built a pipeline of 150 million USD and closed a deal of 15 million USD. In 2019, they joined Renewcell as Chief Executive Officer.

Patrik Lundström earned an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics between 2001 and 2003, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 1990 and 1995.
