Vittorio Pareto

Vittorio Pareto has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Vittorio co-founded ReNewSnow in 2017 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. At ReNewSnow, Vittorio aims to reduce snowmaking costs and water consumption in ski areas by recycling snowmelt. Prior to ReNewSnow, they worked as the Principal at Montferrat LLC from 2013 to 2017. Vittorio also co-founded NiSource Retail Services Inc. in 2003 and served as the Vice President until 2013 when the business was sold. During their time at NiSource, they implemented various initiatives to improve customer satisfaction scores, implemented a new financial planning process, and drove improvements in sales and marketing. Before joining NiSource, Vittorio worked as a Principal at Mercer Management Consulting, where they led strategy initiatives for Fortune 500 energy companies. Vittorio also worked as a Principal at Capgemini, leading change initiatives in the US, UK, and Brazil. Vittorio's early career includes working at Devonrue Ltd., where they held various leadership roles and successfully negotiated changes in requirements with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, resulting in significant cost savings for the nuclear power industry.

Vittorio Pareto pursued their education starting in 1979, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering. Vittorio then continued their academic journey from 1981 to 1986, attaining a Ph.D. in the same field. Later on, in 1993 and 1994, Vittorio enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management, where they obtained an MBA/Management of Technology degree with a focus on Management. Additionally, in July 2012, they acquired a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification at SixSigma.us.
