Daniel Brande Hernández

Daniel Brande Hernández is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Head of Cybersecurity Operations at RENFE, where responsibilities include collaborating on cybersecurity policies and coordinating with various departments. In parallel, Daniel works as a collaborating professor for the Master's program in Cybersecurity and Privacy at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Previous roles include Global Cybersecurity Compliance & Control at Banco Santander, Senior IT Security Consultant at Isdefe, and IT Security Architect at BBVA Next Technologies. Daniel began a career in cybersecurity as an IT auditor at BBVA and has also contributed to research in radiofrequency technology at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Security from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and is currently pursuing a Business Development Program at EOI Business School.
