Rodrigo Díaz Méndez

Rodrigo Díaz Méndez has a diversified work experience in the railway industry. Rodrigo started as an Auxiliar de Operaciones Tren y Maniobras at U.T.E Servicios Ferroviarios del Musel in 2008 and worked their way up to Maquinista de Maniobras before moving on to LogiRAIL as an Auxiliar de Circulación. Rodrigo then joined COMSA Rail Transport as a Practico de Maquinista before landing at RENFE, where they worked as a Becario de Maquinista Ferroviario, Maquinista de Entrada, Maquinista, and finally as a Maquinista Principal.

Rodrigo Díaz Méndez completed their primary education at Colegio Santa MarÍa del Naranco - Ursulinas from 1995 to 2001. Rodrigo then pursued their secondary education at IES Cesar Rodríguez from 2002 to 2007. In 2016, they passed the Prueba de Acceso a la Universidad para mayores de 25 años at Universidad de Oviedo. In 2017, they obtained a Licencia y Diploma (Título B) in Maquinista Ferroviario from COMSA RAIL TRANSPORT. Rodrigo also acquired several additional certifications related to rail transportation throughout the years.
