Allison Tam

Allison Tam has over 17 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. Allison began their career in 2000 as a Senior Global Accounts Business Analyst at The Vantra Group (ADP Broadridge), where they managed the company's client relationships from onboarding, training, technical support to software customization. In 2003, they joined Penson Financial Services (Nexa Technologies) as VP of Product Development and managed the firm's software engineering and product teams. In 2010, they worked as a Consultant - Project Manager at Penson Financial Services. In 2012, they were appointed as Managing Director at Paul Andrews International, where they directed the delivery of innovative client-centric solutions, drove technological and strategic change that built organizational effectiveness and accelerated growth. In 2013, they co-founded Renhead and held the role of Co-founder/Co-CEO and COO. Allison also co-owns Daniel and Allison Winery.

Allison Tam has a BA in Economics and Finance from Mills College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same college. Allison also holds certifications from the Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) for PMC-VI, obtained in April 2014, and from the Scrum Alliance for Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster.
