Ivana Cvejic

Ivana Cvejic has worked in the recruiting industry for over 20 years. IVANA began their career in 1999 as a Recruiting Director at Russell Stephens. In 2003, they founded Paul Andrews International, an executive recruiting firm. From 2005 to 2007, Ivana worked at Wells Fargo as a SVP, Regional Business Director. IVANA then moved on to Morgan Stanley, where they held several roles from 2007 to 2011, including VP, Head of Recruiting, Private Banking Group, Head of Executive Recruiting, and Head of Recruiting, Investment Banking & Capital Markets. In 2013, they co-founded Renhead, where they currently serve as Co-Founder/Co-CEO.

Ivana Cvejic received their B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Riverside in 2000.
