Process Improvement Engineering Manager at Renishaw

Eloise Martin is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Process Improvement Engineering Manager and previously as Process Improvement Engineer at Renishaw since July 2021. Prior to this, Eloise conducted extensive research on dementia causation, specifically Alzheimer’s disease, during a master's project at the University of Exeter from January 2020 to July 2021, focusing on machine learning processes for brain scan analysis. In 2020, participation in the iGEM Competition involved working on an interdisciplinary team to develop a novel 3D-printing method for limestone, garnering a gold medal and coverage by Sky News. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrator at United Oilseeds Marketing Limited, where responsibilities included organizing national produce deliveries and honing problem-solving skills. Eloise holds a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Exeter, earned in 2021.
