Greg Nixon

Greg Nixon has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Greg'smost recent position was as Head of Information Technology & Security at Renishaw since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Computer Operations & Information Security Manager and HR Programme Manager at Renishaw. From 2017 to 2018, Greg held the role of Sales & Marketing Manager, where they focused on improving manufacturing processes, developing sales subsidiaries, and managing marketing and customer project teams. Greg also served as Operations Manager from 2012 to 2017, overseeing product development projects and overseas subsidiary business. Greg started their career at Renishaw as a Project Engineer and later became a Project Manager, contributing to global sales and marketing initiatives. Before joining Renishaw, they held positions at BT as a Software Design/Development Engineer.

Greg Nixon attended King Edward's School, Edgbaston from 1994 to 2001, where they received a general education in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and General Studies. Greg then went on to study at the University of Bristol from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained an MEng in Engineering Design with Study in Industry.
