Megan Hilleard

Megan Hilleard has extensive experience in the localisation industry, currently serving as Group Localisation Manager at Renishaw since June 2021, with previous roles including Senior Localisation Project Manager and Localisation Project Manager. Additionally, Megan founded The Loc Blog in August 2020 to provide insights and resources for newcomers and professionals in the localisation field. From March 2021 to February 2023, Megan volunteered as Event Manager for Women in Localization - United Kingdom. Megan's earlier roles at Renishaw included Language Services Executive and Language Services Assistant, where skills in project management and technical marketing translation were developed. Megan holds a degree in English and French from the University of Liverpool and a qualification in Global Digital Marketing & Localization from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
