Nick Penfold

Nick Penfold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and sales. Currently serving as the Global Accounts and Sales Development Manager at Renishaw since March 2022, Nick is responsible for managing key global accounts and developing new business in positioning and motion control. As an owner and driver of Team Penfold, a British motor racing team, Nick participates in saloon car racing at prestigious circuits like Silverstone, Brands Hatch, and Donington Park. Previous roles at Renishaw include Sales Engineer, Product Support Engineer, and Production Engineer from March 1996 to March 2008. Nick also has experience as a Production Engineer at MSA - The Safety Company and Rolls-Royce from 1986 to 1996. Educational qualifications include a BTech Higher National Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of the West of England, alongside additional engineering certifications from Brunel College Bristol and Rolls-Royce Defence Aerospace.
