Akram Zuhairi

Akram Zuhairi has over 30 years of experience in various HR and leadership roles. Akram most recently worked at Renmoney as the CPO. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Managing Director of Outsourcing Solutions Sarl, where they provided business and organization development, management, and HR consulting services to the pharmaceutical industry. Akram also co-founded and served as the Corporate Affairs Director for Africa and the Middle East at Integrated Pharma Solutions. Earlier in their career, they worked at Sanofi Aventis as the HR Director for the Near East region and at Oger Telecom -Cell C as the HR Director for South Africa. Akram began their career as the HR Director for Ciment De Sibline in Lebanon. Throughout their career, Akram has been involved in various HR initiatives, such as developing HR policies, recruitment and selection, training programs, and assessment development.

Akram Zuhairi has a diverse education history. Akram obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the American University of Beirut from 1979 to 1983. Following that, they pursued a Diplome in Human Resources from USJ between 1986 and 1987. In 2006, they completed an Executive MBA from MCE Management Center of Europe, specializing in MBA. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including EBW Emotional Behavior at Work in 2010, Team Management System Accreditation TMS in 2003, and Occupational Personality Questionnaire OPQ32i Accreditation in 2002.
