Kim Kennedy Douglas

Kim Kennedy Douglas has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Kim is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Renaissance Strategic Advisors. In their previous role as the Human Resources Director at SBSB Financial Advisors, they were responsible for starting up the HR function and providing strategic HR solutions to the company. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Smart HR, Inc, where they managed various HR projects and provided executive-level support to clients. Kim also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Spacenet and worked as a Senior HR Generalist at MCI Communications and Nextel Telecomunicações.
